Longevity One is still one scoop a day with 24 ingredients. We didn't add more ingredients. We raised the doses and made a few swaps. Some of the biggest changes:
Each scoop now gives you 150 mg of magnesium from magnesium malate, up from about 56 mg. Magnesium supports your daily energy¹ and muscle function³.
There are two new ingredients: taurine (500 mg) and choline (210 mg, as choline bitartrate). Betaine and magnesium taurate are no longer in the formula.
We also raised these doses: vitamin C to 100 mg, astaxanthin to 4 mg, folic acid to 300 mcg, selenium to 50 mcg, chromium to 35 mcg, zinc to 8 mg, calcium to 130 mg, vitamin B12 to 2.5 mcg, biotin to 50 mcg, quercetin to 200 mg. Lion's Mane is now a 5:1 extract at 200 mg.
